  • After obtaining security clearance and completing the procedures with the relevant authorities, the foreign buyer is called to Turkey to receive the title deed and the property key within 15 days, along with paying the full price of the property to the company.
  • Both the customer and the company owner must be present as the property ownership contract will be handed over at the Turkish Land Registry Office, also in the presence of a sworn translator.
